I started Out of the Gold and Blue as a travel blog. The blog was a journal about my first time leaving the US(in July 2016) for a Study Abroad Program in London, England.

I have since evolved it into various social media platforms to share my adventures,

and now - a travel and business consulting company.

The name comes from getting out of my home state of West Virginia where the state colors are Gold & Blue. Travel has allowed me to get out of my comfort zone in so many ways and also get inspiration to help me grow my business! I am a CPA with a Masters and Bachelors from USF. Professionally, I have over 7 years of experience in accounting and finance. During my time in “Corporate America”, I grew my social media on the side and learned a lot about the content creator/marketing world. I now want to help small businesses grow through social media.
